Combinations are groups of exercises done together without breaks to create one repetition. They are repeated as a group for a chosen number of sets, reps or specific time frames. Weights vary per individuals.
Ian's Combination
- 1. Double Snatch
- 2. Rack Left Bell
- 3. Single Snatch right Bell
- 4. Alternating Press
- 5. Single Snatch left Bell
- 6. Rack both
- 7. Repeat with opposite side
Pavel's Combination
- 1. Double Snatch
- 2. Rack
- 3. Double Military Press
- 4. Rack
- 5. Double Front Squat
